Skateboard!?

Question

so i am 5"11 i think i am 6 now and weight 223

i wanna skate to lose weight and cause its fun.

im not talking about tricks and stuff like that juse skate from here to there... (save me gas too)

well the point is

i wanna know if i get a board will i break it lol!!!

im not fat but i am a lil big

i'd say chubby...

also i live in stanton CA so is there somewhere where i can get a board for a good price?

weel alot of people would say a walmart board.NOOOOOOOOO. get an enjoi deck.they r very sturdy and strong and would last way longer than an walmart board

you wont break it unless you land in the middle and it seems like you wont be doing any tricks for a while if ever. For cheap boards you should go to http://www.skatepark.com you can win free ones..

ur pretty big for 6... you can get cheap, sturdy, but not pro brand-brands at walmart. lol

definalty not to big to skate, you will need a pro name deck though those cheapos won't work, look for something in at elast 8 plys and 7.75 or wider. I got friends who skate in that weight range and they don't break boards. You'll be alright if you learn to skate right.
