I've been skatin' since I was 7, and sometimes my board breaks and it's like 1 or 2 years since i'll get a new one so my board broke last year, but I just got a new one 2 days ago, and i'm trying to get back what I lost, but i've been everyday that I got it cept today, only cuz my leg hurts from olling the leg that doesn't pop but slides up th board, just wondering is this normal? Does this happen to you, and how can I stop this from happening?

  1. this is normal, that just means that your skating hard and skating for a long *** time. if its longer than 2 hours, then thats your reason.

  2. its happend to a few of my friends. They get really stressed because of it lol, but just keep on practicing and you will get it down

  3. When you buy a new deck, sometimes you have to "wear it in". Maybe your used to skating an older deck? Just keep skating and you'll probably get used to it again.

  4. 1. because you havent sk8ed for a long time.

    2. because the board is new. u have to get used to the new board.

    3. you sk8 for too long without taking breaks. stretch your legs before, between, and after u practice

    4. if u practice everyday for a long time your legs will get fatigued and hurt even more. maybe take a break on the weekends and practice on weekdays.

  5. probbally because you were skating for a long time. Try to take breaks and stretch before you skate
