  1. anywhere from 3-4 feet. personally, i would recommend not making it too steep because two days after my friends and i built it i broke my ankle. which sucks. I'm out on my fourth broken ankle right now from mtn biking. but if you just make it like 3 feet you should have plenty of room to progress...just make sure it is long enough.

  2. i made a 2 1/2 foot one with extensions for when i got better. make sure you make the angle shallow cuz if you make it extreme or curved in then ur screwed lol. thats what i did b4 and i broke my wrist...............................twic... lol. good luck

  3. 3-4 ft.

  4. 4 footer... mellow but not too mellow... make sure thers enough tranny to rock on the coping... no fun if u go up for a rock n your board duznt even touch the coping....4down..

  5. I suggest making a mini ramp of about 3-5 feet, it is a good height, easy to drop into, and of course, high enough for you to get air. Also, to make it portable, try to use as less wood as possible, if you're going to make a deck for it, build it out of like metal, or plexiglass (it works) for maximum portability.

Good luck with the ramp and have fun!
