Skateboard trucks new?

ok, my skateboard trucks are new i just put them on my skateboard and when i land on a certain side of the skateboard the trucks stay like that until i land on the other side . do u know what i mean? what could i do? will riser pads help, ? what do riserpads even do? in ENGLISH Please meaning something i could undeerstand

  1. riser pads could help and you definetly want riser pads because theyll prevent cracks in your board and make it easier to ride plus it prevents wheel bite(the wheel scarping the deck,which will send you flying btw)and maybe your trucks are to tight , loosen the kingpin nut(the big one between the wheels) a little and they wont stick as bad


  2. rider pads WONT help that. you need to work in the bushings. give it time

    by the way, bushings are the squishy things in the middle incase you didnt know.

  3. Loosen your trucks.  You need to break them in before you tighten them up.  If you don't, you run the risk of blowing the bushings.  This is especially true with Indys, but can happen with any truck.  Skate a few sessions with the nut backed off where is is flush with the kingpin.  You can tighten them up after this.  

    Riser pads just give more clearance between the top of the wheel and the bottom of the board so you lessen the chance of getting wheel bite.
