hey, I have just got a new skateboard and I am having a little trouble. I can get going down hills and push off to start but then when i go to push off again I always seem to go jumping of the front.

Also, I find that i can Ollie when i am on the grass but as soon as i get on the road or my drive way i get wobbly and can't seem to get enough guts to do it. Any advice???

Thanks for your help :)

  1. grow some balls and take the fall....find out that it doesnt hurt that bad...youll only get better with practice and mistakes. good luck and have fun

  2. which foot are you pushing off of, front or back? try planting your front foot on the screws for your trucks and push with your back foot, but keep most of your weight on the front foot while pushing.  once you get comfortable with that you can move your feet around more freely to do tricks.

as for the ollie, they are easy on carpet and grass, pavement is a different story, you roll a lot more, but basically you have to just do the same thing as on grass, but be ready to fall down a a lot more until you figure it out, falling isnt too bad unless your moving at a good speed and you need to learn to fall if you want to skate

  3. just go out and ollie. if it makes u feal better wear padding and every ten ollies remove a piece of protection untill u rwearin no paddin. youmite want 2 titen the trucks.this iz sometin i did. i went on a trampoline and learned stuffon that
