Skateboarding and longboarding?

Can anyone tell me what the best kind of longboard and skateboard are?Also, what the best type of shoe to skate in is?

im not into longboarding.

but for skateboard i advise a baker deck, Thunder trucks, ricta wheels, bones bearings, MOB grip tape...am i missing n-e thing? OH, and Zoo York hardware =D

nd get the size thats most comfortable

I don't know much about skateboarding but in longboarding you should buy a "LUSH" longboard ("LUSH" being the name) they are just the best make that you can buy.

with shoe's you should get and by Vans because they are the best by far!!!

i have tried a lot of longboards and "LUSH" are the best and its the same with Vans.

well im a big skater, skateboarding that is and if your asking what is the best deck to get id reccomend either a baker, darkstar or plan b, ive had all three and they were all great. as for long boards, o'hare longboards are the best to get :D
