  1. Thats the exact same thing that happend to me. it takes a lot of time so dont get frustrated. first, bend ur knees. second, pop ur back foot. then, as you jump, kick with ur front foot. that should work. if it doesnt, take a video of yourself doing an ollie, compare it to the video of someone doing an ollie on youtube or something, and find out what ur doing wrong.

  2. If you're using an old board this can be part of the problem.  Older boards will lose their pop over time especially if they get wet and even the grip tape may be worn out causing the problems you mentioned.

Try using a newer board, it will have a more distinct cracking sound when the tail hits the pavement then a worn out one.

And in my opinion, the best skateboarders skate with their right foot forward.

  3. you arent lifting your back foot up when you pop the board i think, you gotta bend your knees and as you push down the tail to pop the board, you gotta jump and suck your knees up and make sure your foot is outta the way of the tail then slide your front foot up

try watching an ollie in slowmotion on youtube and it should help with the backfoot problem, its the same way i figured out what i was doing wrong when doing a kickflip and now i can do it great
