Skateboarding! i just started i need so help/tips?!?!!?

i like am starting to skateboard and i have no clue what to do i am just learning and know nothing so any help or tips =]

Well first you should learn how to ollie because its used in alot of other tricks.

Start with your front foot in the middle of the board and your back foot on the tail (back).  Push down with your back foot, and slide your front foot up the board.  Once the tail hits the ground, jump up with your back foot.  Absorb the impact as you land by bending your knees.

Oh and if I were you, Id try it first on grass so that if you fall you wont hurt yourself.  Once you get it down on grass, before you try a moving ollie Id do it with the back wheel in a crack in the concrete.  It sounds weird, but it keeps the board from sliding out from under you.  Once you can do that then you can try to do it while the board is moving.

1st u need to learn how to kick, push, kick,push and coast...once u ger that just learn to ollie...which takes a while

all you have to do is practice. get some ppl together that have been skating longer then you and ask them to help you out on some tricks. start with the basic stuff, ollies and manuals or anything else thats pretty easy. eventually you'll get better and better!

Don't try to get all crazy at first and try some "tonyet" hawk

Try (after you get used to riding) some 180*'s and ollies pop-shovits are pretty basic too

It may seem weird or basic but take it a little at time

It is nice to see a female S8R!

1. Learn to ollie.

2. Learn to ollie while moving.

3. Learn to kickflip.

If you get that far, you're bound to just keep getting better and better.
