  1. You could skate even if its not alound easy without getting caught

  2. Don't get caught

  3. If there is a sign posted saying that skateboarding is prohibited then it doesn't matter if school is in session or not.  I know at my school, it is prohibited year round.

  4. they will never call the cops on you first so skate it and if you are asked to leave leave and come back later

  5. School property is not public property. It is owned by the school board. Almost every school I have ever seen has a no trespassing sign posted. If you are not a student at a school and/or school is not in session, you are trespassing. I suggest you find a skate park!

  6. school property is *not* public property.

The easiest thing you can do - is go to your local police station and ask.

  7. Our schools all have signs forbidding skateboards.  If you don't see a sign, don't presume it's okay.  The best way is to contact the Superintendent's office and ask if there is a district policy forbidding skateboards on school property.  For a small fee, you may want to ask for a copy.

  8. If there are gates, and they are locked, its a no no. Otherwise, the school is public property.

Go, and do likewise, until someone kicks you out...
