should i practice heel flips and kickflips moving or stand still

  3. to me there easier moving because the speed helps u jump higher, but i learned mine standing still. i would try kickflips moving because the board often turns while spinning, and this will prevent that. with heelflips the board spins slower but is right under u the whole time, so u can practice them standing still.

  6. It depends how you are more comfortable. But I think they are a little easier with at least a little momentum because for some reason when you are moving the broad seems to flip faster so you dont have to jump as high. But first, just stay still and find out what works for you.

  7. good question. practice both holding on to something. when you get the hang of it, do it not holding on to anything. then do it at a slow rolling speed.

  8. both try stationary first but as soon as you start practicing try landing them upside down first it helps u gain control

  9. if ur a beginner at both tricks u should try standing still. it's easier when u dont have to worry about the right time to heel or kickflip  while moving. unless ur willing to risk breaking an elbow
