Skating dress?

In ice princess, "jumping shrimp" wears a reddish dresh for sectionals i believe. And its really pretty, but what i like about it is that its layerd so its really poofy in a way. Are there any figure skating companies that make dresses like that?

If you find a dress that is somewhat the same you could buy some fabric at a fabric store and add on to it. Or if you didn't mind spending the money go to a custom skate dress designer like this:
