I would pick a dress that is very simple and elegant, because the song is kind of slow very melodic.  Maybe a really nice black dress with sparkles that make design.  Then I would add some of my own accents in a really contrasting color, like maybe arm warmers because those are the too things that come to mind when I think of Avril.  She is always wearing really contrasting colors like black and hot pink and she always has arm warmers.  

Just wondering is that a new song?  I have all her albums, but I don't think I have ever heard that song

is that music for an exibition or something??? Well i would choose a dress with a flowey skirt, maybe shades of blue. It has a piano in the song. If you have ever see johnney weir's costume for his long last season, use tha idea.
