Is this chemical an endogenous primary amide ?

I thik that means it should contain -CONH2

You are correct: it is not a primary amide; as can be seen from the structure, it contains an amine.

Endogenous means that it is naturally present - presumably in the human body in this case.  I will see if I can find what it is...
