It's not the idea of Global Warming, it's the idea of Anthropogenic Global Warming (or Man Made Global Warming) that we are skeptical about. I think everyone needs to learn the difference. And stop writing questions like you have written. You need to learn to use the correct terminology and how to frame a good question so you don't look like an idiot.

It's not a lie; the proponents believe (with some reason) that it is real.  But it certainly could be mistaken, and in my opinion, is.  In any event, it is not something over which we have any reasonable control; the UN proposed a program to deal with it -- at a cost of $557,000,000,000,000 -- more than the total value of every asset on the planet.
