Ski Instructor Course Cost?

I have been looking for a ski instructor course to do for my gap year next year and I have been looking at a few sites. They all seem to be quite expensive, the cheapest I have been able to find is at http://www.nonstopski.com but does any one know of the cheapest way to do things?

Where do you want to teach? What country and what area?

  Contact the ski school at the area and discuss with them what you want to do. Many areas have a hiring clinic and also job fairs in September and October. If you have no experience, be prepared to work with children at the least ability levels. Most of the Schools I've worked with over the past years will train you in their method of teaching, and their policies. The expense of these clinics will vary with the school. They will expect you to be competent on all blue and some black runs in your chosen disciplines.
