Ski bindings?

i have found as good price online for skis but although they will fit bindings for me they say i have to adjust myself is this something i can do at home or if i take to a shop will they charge me loads to do it? would someone like ellis bingham do it?

  1. You should have them set to your boots and tested at ski shop ---- normally about 10 dollars


  2. Ski bindings neeed to be adjusted to a specific persons ability as a skier, its a very simple adjustment, which allows the boots to detach easily if you are a novice. I you go to a shop it should'nt reallty cost more than a couple of pounds to have them done professionally.

  3. Take the skiis and your boots to a local ski shop, Monday is the slowest day, hence cheapest.  Have them tune the skiis and adjust the bindings.  A DIN setting depends on your weight, height, and  ability.  The adjustment chart is designed to prevent a fracture leg.
