  1. I have no idea where you live and what it is like outside. But the best thing you could do is go to Ski shop. Keep in mind that might not be carrying ski boots this time of year. So you would have to wait a little longer.  Act like you want to buy a pair, and try on different ski boots and see which one you like most.  Nothing pinching you, nice snug comfortable fit. Good Luck.

  2. The best boots for you are the pair that fits properly around your foot and ankle.  They must be tight around your foot and ankle, you should not move in the boot except to wiggle your toes.  The foot must not be cramped.  Go to a professional boot fitter who can specialize in the type of ski boot that you need. Explain what your skill level and preferences for terrain are.  Get foot beds and check or cants and the ramp of your boots with your ski binding package.  1 mm will make a world of difference in your comfort and ability to ski at an advanced level. Since you are probably still growing, you should wait on the boots until your growth cycle is stable.  Do not buy large and grow into them. Boot shells are very durable and last for years. When you find the shell that fits you, you might try some 2nd hand sources.

Brand is not the criteria to use to choose boots. Fit and flex are much more important.  Good luck.
