Ski recommendations?

I currently ski rossignol radical racing skis, and I love the performance of them, but would like to do a variety of other things as well. Are there skis that are high performance for carving and going fast that also offer the versatility of doing some jumps and tree skiing etc.?

  1. There are several models that would do what you want, best bet is to go to a demo day and try the various skiis.  Another choice is to window shop the ski shops in the area.  The tune of the ski will make quite a difference in how it skiis.

  2. Their are ALOT of "all mountain twins" out there that will do every thing you ask of them.  I'm on a pair of public enemys and they do every thing i ask of them.  Volkl Karma, or the new Bridge are also very good skis.  Unfortuantly i've found that many of "all mountain twins" are heavy, hard to spin, and too stiff to just play around on.  Most mid-fat skis will perform off and on piste.  I would keep the skis you have for the days when the woods are a little scratchy.

    Some Recommendations

    -Armada Pipe Cleaners, T-Hall, ARV

-K2 PE's (more all mountain) Fujative (Park)

    -4frnt MSP, TNK

    -Solomon Foil, Gun

There's so many choices, visit a local store.  They know what their doing.

  3. I'd recommend the Head MONSTER iM 82 SW.

I recently got them and i am VERY happy with them. Mainly for freeride if thats what your looking for.
