Ski resort question?

are ski resorts open even in summer??? its a dumb question but i'm really curious...

there are always indoor places, and u could always hop a plane to canada... unless u live there, u could drive, or walk whatevs

Well, like the user before me said, there are places with riding.  Indoor, or if you can afford it, up north.  AK, and Canada (Vancouver) are prime examples.  There are also camps open in the summer, so they'll have snow, but the majority is probably man-made.

And then, if you really have the money, our summer is winter in the southern hemisphere, and vice versa.  So you could go to parts of South America to shred.  I'm pretty sure there are pros that do it.

Many of the resorts at Tahoe are open in the summer - but of course there is usually no snow left by the beginning of July. I have skied / riden on the 4th of July but it is rare.

They are open for other activities or for riding the tram, etc in the summer.
