Ski resort where you dont have to ski?

Question

We wanted to go to lapland to ride with the huskys,and go on the snow mobile and stay in a log cabin ect, but the excursions there are really expensive so does anyone know of a resort in europe that has skiing for beginers,husky rides,iceskating etc

Your never going to find cheap food at lodges, its all expensive. Its a matter of you deciding if you have enough money to go and have a good time.
