Skiiers...who is ready to make some turns?????

Question

Its august in Kansas City, about 90 freaking degrees, and all I can think about is hucking a 20 footer into about 6 feet of fresh pow. Anybody else feel the same?

dude so ready for skiing this summers been awful this summer because i just got brand new salomon thrusters its so painful to look at them and not have any fresh pow to shred.

Gee Deano, sorry 'bout your luck living in KC.  I'm in Calgary AB.  Last weekend we hiked up to Haig-Robertson glacier, and got good turns until about 11 AM, then things got thermic.  We had some snow at high elevation this week, and yes, I am always ready to ski!!!

Are you kidding.  I have been waiting for the ski season to start since it ended.  h**l I still have my ski stuff in the living room.  The sooner it starts the better.  I'm buying a season pass next week so I am ready.

I agree. The ski sales start in a month. Some areas in North America are still operating on a limited basis.
