  1. its at a high elevation, so don't worry it will snow,  it will snow

  2. Like House_of_Toad said....count on snow. The weather service gives the same report for Rutland and Killington.

It can be raining at Snowshed Base and be snowing at the summit...so stick to the Canyons or North Ridge and you'll be in snow.

In the odd event of a massive deluge, you can waste your time and cash in any of the bars and shops on the access roads or you can head into Rutland.

Rutland has a movie theatre, a climbing gym, a bowling alley, and a cheesy mall. (Say hi to my buds Sarah and Scott in the EMS store if you stop by.)

Heading the other way....there is the Long Trail Brewery in Bridgewater and a bunch of shops in Woodstock.

  3. Rain./Snow forcast, since I live up here in Killington Vt, this means snow for the mountain.
