  1. first off vic foamie is a board for beginners. If you want a victoria and a good board that is still beginner friendly, i'd suggest a vic Ultra-Vac. If you still want to keep it heres some weight info.

    Weight info:

More weight = more float. It's not that it wont perform well, many pros use boards that are 3 sizes to large or too small, it comes down to preference. An easy way to think about it is this. Smallers boards allow you to have more control on the face of a wave while Larger boards give you better float to reach the waves. The key is finding a nice balance that works for you.

    hope this helps

  2. your weight shouldn't affect it... it's probably better to have a skimboard that is bigger than one that is too small anyways, haha. you can still skim along the sand, but it's not the best idea since you don't want your nice victoria foamie getting all scratched up! if you're totally new to skimboarding, you should probably get a wooden board to start with (they aren't expensive), but still keep the foamie so that once you get better you can learn to ride the waves. :)

  3. It will be very fun. On that board, with your weight, you will basically fly. If you go on flatland, you will go longer and faster and when you go on waves, you can probably get more air. Being too light is okay, but when you get too heavy, it usually slows the board down. Being under the weight limit is just FUN...Hope I helped!!
