Skin Care for Guy - Help

Question

I'm a guy. Perhaps I've left it a little late, I'm 36, but I thought I should start using some moisturizer.

Anyway, I was wondering. What are the top 3 things I should do to look after my skin...?

It's never too late to start taking care of your skin! Nivea actually makes a pretty good line of cleansers, moisturizers, & body washes for men.

I would recommend that you use (1) a face wash and scrub, (2) a good moisturizer, and (3) SUN PROTECTION!

If you are looking for something a little more "advanced" Dermalogica is very "male friendly". But, that skin care line is extensive and you can't just get it anywhere.

The Clinique counter in mall department stores actually have a mens line. They have a mens 3 step system and a shaving line.

get good mosturizer that has sun block built in (spf 30 at least), and make sure that it doesn't dry your skin up or that it doesn't give you any allergic reactions. oh, and maybe try getting an appointment with your dermatologist once every year. ( skin cancer, etc..)
