Skin care???????????????

Question

i need a good cleanser and moisturizer. i am thinking about wearing makeup but i think that i need to clear my skin and get it in good shape before i do that. i have heard things about skin id and proactiv what do you think about those. if you have not tried those then can you give me a good drug store cleanser and moisturizer?

i have combo oily skin and i am oily everywhere except around my mouth

i am mixed with black white and Cherokee indian

i mostly get sometimes red bumps and i have some underneath acne on my forehead and some acne pimples and zits and some black heads

You are totally right about needing clear skin before make-up, because make-up will irritate your skin, clog pores and make it more oily than before.

Skin ID amd Proactiv work not as effectivley as other products that you can get in like, CVS or Walgreens. And it is ridiculously overpriced.

What I would reccomend is Neutrogena's Fresh Foaming Cleanser, Fresh Foaming Scrub, moisturizer, and toner. Most people don't know that your daily skin care routine should include a moisturizer, toner, scrub, wash, and moisturizer. Clean skin and unclogged pores is the key to clean skin. Neutrogena's product line is hypo-allergenic, color-free, fragrance-free, oil-free, and alchahol-free. You can pick it up at any drugstore and it works wonders. To clear my pores from dirt, oil, and make-up I use the Neutrogena Wave. It's about $10 and is amazing. I use a pump of the Fresh Foaming Cleanser on it so my face feels so clean.

natures cure worked well for me, but my skin got used to it after using it for 7 months...but clean and clear products work well...

my favs are

Cleanser- morning burst facia cleanser (the orange one)

toner- sensitive skin deep cleaning astrigent

moisterizer- advantage oil-free acne moisturizer

i use these morning and night to keep my skin fresh, i also use green tea as a toner in once a day.....also wear sunscreen!! nutrigena makes a good oil free one, its a bit think but it doesnt make my skin breakout

i think what really works is the neutrogena oil-free acne wash , it might dry your skin out for  like the first 4 days ,it will really clear your face out and control your grease longer ... but if you have really oily skin you shouldn't really get eny creams to moisturize it , that will just get it even more oily and greasy causing you to get more zits , the first thing you got to do is keep it clean ... and if that doesn't work you need something stronger ...hope it works!
