Skin colour is 2 different colours? pigment change...help

my bf's skin colour is naturally tanned, but on his back and chest it stays spotty white.......... almost like he's white and tanned,.... what is this from, i heard it could be caused from a man carrying too much yeast is this true?

Its virual usually from something like dirt kids get into when they are children.

Its called vitiligo.
