II was starting to work out with a heavy bag and during the workout I felt pain in between pinky and ring finger, when I took the gloves and wraps off, i noticed that a bit above the left hand pinky knuckle skin was gone, the web was all red, and next to the web on my ring finger had skin all pushed into one place (towards the pinky). ON my other hand there was only red marks in the web between pinky and ring finger.
I am using hand wraps and mma gloves. To wrap my hands I usaly wrap the wrist go to my knuckles and do the X then wrap my thumb kunckles and down to finish it off. What can I do to stop skin from comming off?
