Skin discoloration? What is it?? ?

I have pretty normal skin except for some mild acne, that dosen't bother me to much; but I really hate the skin discoloration around my mouth area. its slightly more yellowish then the rest of my skin. I have braceson the top, so I was wondering if the braces had anything to do with it. The discoloration is only around my upper lip too, and I have never had any type of waxing accident. So I don't think thats the cause. So if you have any ideas of what it is or how to fix it please tell me. thank you.

The combination of Tea Tree Oil soap and the Clindamycin cream is the best for Acne and pimple.

For acne scars and blemishes my wife lighten them up using  papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are available online. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too. Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'
