Skin discoloration on 7 month old boy? Any ideas??

There is a white spot where the top of his diaper meets his stomach. Its the size of his thumb. Its been there for 2 weeks and has not grown in size. Should I be concerned??

YOU SHOULD DEFINITALEY GO TO A DOCTOR anyways but it might be a mix  of two different cultures for example: if the Mother of the baby is Mexican and the Father of the baby is American sometimes the child may get white spots on his/her body. Do not worry it is not a disease or anything its just like a little birth mark.This spot may grow a little but it is nothing to worry about.
