Skin doctor is a little mean?!? read on please...?

i mean shes this lady with a really heavy accent so i cant really tell when shes kidding or not... and usually i have to ask my mom what she told me to do

but it seems every time i go in there... I'm super nervous and afraid due to the fact that she always finds a way to yell/talk sternly to me

-picking my face,

-she thought i had OCD,

-I'm not taking my med's right

-she tells me that she is going to by me gloves for touching my face....

-its not "my" face its "hers"...

-we were talking about make-up and she mentioned that if she were me... she would be very embarrassed of her face and would cake on the make-up as i do. which made me feel really uneasy.

I'm not really sure what to do??

call? talk to her? or just nothing?

Find another doctor!  One that is not abusive and one that you are comforable with and can understand.  Apparently she needs to feed her own ego by belittling her patients and let her get her fix somewhere else.  She can't be that good with an attitude like that in the first place.

I would just go to a different dermatologist.  I'm sure there a plenty around town and it's not worth going to one who isn't nice or insults you.  You should not pay for a service that you are not happy with.

well i was going to email you about the answer but you dont allow people to email you so im going to write it in this question the people are telling me bio oil and palmers coco butter and about your crazy doctor my hair dresser is the same way she judjes your clothes she tells my friend that she will never have a boyfriend and she likes to make jokes on you in her language so the employees laugh the only reason i dont quit her is because she does my hair good but you should talk to your mom about this lady if that doesnt work ignore her like if she says for instance o your ugly like for instance say something else like your ignoring her to your mom like oh yeah mom guess what happend today because then she will see that you dont give a d**n about her comments and the joke will be on her

Physicians are trained to treat their patients with respect and this one isn't doing it... please find another doctor - you don't need to deal with this and she doesn't deserve to be paid for abusing you.

sometimes doctors are a bit less patient because they see so many people everyday? She could also be trying to make sure u do what she says with that tone of voice. i guess you can try to tell ur parents to talk with her.

Go to a different doctor.  

I would rather have an honest doctor rather one one who lied up one wall and down the other.  Are you following her directions to the "T?"  If not, she may be frustrated.

You should find a dermatologist who you are comfortable with.  She doesn't sound very professional.

simple. your a costumer, your not happy with the service. Take your money elsewhere. Trust me, shes not being professional and their is no reason you should have to deal with it. get a new dermatologist.

ask her whats her problem, and why she has to offend you like that. then try to guess past experiences, say things like "is it because you were a an insacure ugly girle when you were younger, that you thought no one would like you because of your looks", and so on. its a simple form of psychology / emotional manipulation.
