The skin on the bottom of my feet close to my toes are peeling because of my cletes and running around in them. It hurts when I run. My shoes are new and they fit perfect so that is not a problem. What should I do to help it? Thanks

  1. This happened to me too.

Get tighter socks, ones that won't slip around in your shoes. The tighter (spandex, lycra?) ones are best. also maybe putting big band aids on the affected areas.

  2. Try putting powder in your shoes.  Also, make sure you let your cleats air out well between use.  If you also have itching, you may have contracted a fungal infection that will need to be treated with an anti-fungal cream.

  3. I would use an exfoliating scrub to get rid of the dryness.  Keep moisturizing so they don't sweat and then get dehydrated from no moisturization.  Honestly, I would just continue to lotion and maybe use one of those foot scrubbers to get rid of dryness. Maybe you have athletes foot? Who knows? I'd just look it up and keep up with keeping your skin hydrated!  Oh, and drink plenty of water, that's good for the skin.
