Skin question: what are these little bumps?

for the past couple months i've noticed small colorless bumps all over my cheeks, upper arms, and the backs of my thighs. they would look like small spots (that's pimples to all you non-brits haha), however they just aren't; they don't get all inflamed and sore as spots do. also the skin tends to be a little drier around them, just slightly. they are allll over! does anyone else have these, or do you know what they are? thank you!

Blackheads are called BLACKheads for a reason.

Just use moisteriser if your skin is dry, might help.. Ya never know.

I've had the same thing before =S usually go away after a while.

I think they're just black heads. Black heads can be colorless too. Hope it helps.
