  1. have you changed clothing style or fiber, you could have a belt that you have an allergic reaction to. if it is that bad go to a dermatologist

  2. If you haven't been involved in any type of sports activities where you could have developed some type of fungus, then it sounds to me like you have are suffering from friction which is irritating your skin.

The best way to heal these irritations is to stop the friction and give the sensitive inflamed skin a chance to heal.  But, as you know the problem with these areas is that typically they are in places where skin is on skin and it can't be helped (for me it's sometimes the area right below the breast).

That said, if you are able to wash the area with cool water, put some more baby powder on and then put on some cotton clothes so that you aren't wearing any fabric which is irritating the area further.  Or if you are in a place where you can go au natural, then do that and just let it air out, so to speak.  Try not to move around too much and give the area a chance to heal up.  It won't take too long, a few hours of kind of separating the skin and giving the inflammed areas a rest will get you started healing and then you will be able to wear clothes comfortably again.

If you do not have the time to kind of lay around, then I have found the best thing to do is to keep washing the area down, drying completely, not putting any lotion on and just powder and then if it completely uncomfortable, I would place a thin piece of cotton between the two areas to keep it dry and separated.  A piece of an old Hanes cotton shirt is good.  But you do not want to get any moisture in between those parts because it will only serve to cause more irritation as the skin chafes further.

Also, if any of the skin is broken or blistered, you do not want to put cortisone on it.  Your next option would be neosporin and the doctor.

    Good luck!

P.S.  I think this is one of those things that if someone hasn't been on the larger side or had larger body parts they can't comprehend what it is that you are going through...it doesn't sound like an allergic reaction as it is in a place which is protected from your clothing as it is under a stomach roll.  I know the pain you are feeling and home the suggestions I've made work for you.

P.S.S.  You can also use vaseline, although it is a bit messier, it acts as a lubricant and will hopefully keep the skin from chafing further.

  3. DOCTOR TIME!

  4. Yes, i went threw that a couple days ago on my feet, knees, elbows and palms of my hands.

I'm not a big girl at all.

When i itch it, red bumps come up for around 5 minutes.

I went to the doctor and gave me a steriod shot in my hip, which helped me so much.

And gave me meds i take 3 times a day.

It helped with the itching and everything.

    Just go to the doctor.

Mine was a form of Hives.
