Philipino here, so as u probably know philipinos can be pretty dark, I tried whitening lotion and dat just made my face lighter then my arms... Any1 got any tips to skin whitening besides styaing otu of sun cuz every1 knows dat, Does wearing a sweater otuside prevent sking darkinign?

WTF it doesn&#039;t matter how dark you are I mean I&#039;m hispanic and super white my parents are dark and I wish I were tanner in fact I dig naturally tan guys
