Skin tone color question?

i have a fair skin tone and i was wondering if there are other ways besides sun exposure my skin can have a more healthy not necessarily dark, just more colorful look. like pills certain foods and vitamins??

  2. The best fruit you can eat for your skin to feel and be healthy is Black grapes (seedless) its the highest and no:1 in anti-oxidant.

  3. Do eat: Salmon, Soybeans, walnuts and other foods with omega-3 fatty acids which add lock in moisture in your skin and give you a nice health glow. You can also get vitamins with the same fatty acids like like Murad Wet Suit Cell Hydrating dietary supplement.

    Don't eat: caffeine, alcohol and other drying substances which will make your skin flaky and chalky.

  4. get some spray on self tanner at macy's. It wont look fake or run off in a shower, unless you use like half the can at once. It will gradually build a tan. I worked in cosmetics there, and clinic had a good one that I put on my legs everyday. It didn't look orange and everyone liked my tan. Try it somewhere inconspicuous if your scared. But it looked great.
