how do I get skinnier legs?? my upper body is skinny, but my legs are just...EWWW...not so much my thighs, mainly my calves...how do

I make them smaller?

I'm pretty sure it's muscle, so if I toned them, would that just make them bigger??

  2. okay one of my friends played football with me, 235 lbs of mainly muscle but lost weight and is down to 175! he looks like a little guy, i have no idea why he did it, he looks like a little boy but anyway, if you run and eat healthy like high protein, low fat, you will be fine. try to swim as well so it will tone your whole body. dont lift any weights and if you still cant and it still bothers you, i hate to tell you this route but see a specialist if theres anything you can do. I was seeing a girl that had thunder thighs and its not that bad, but thinner legs would have been better. hope it works out

  3. Your second link doesn't work. And yes, if you toned them, they would get bigger. I guess that you must do a lot of leg exercies to get them that big, so if you don't like your leg size, you should stop the leg exercises.

  4. my legs are the same way, my thighs are thin but my calf's are big and bulky, and i don't do leg lifts or anything like that, and they have always been like that, i think the only way to make then smaller is the go on a diet so u lose some muscle.
