Skinny, Fat, or normal weight?

i am a boy. i excersise a lot and go to the ymca. but all i do there is run and crunches. i am in middle school 5' 5" 108 lbs. is that skinny. a lot of people call me anorexic. even my mom does. i don't think i am. and i play soccer. thanks =)

  1. Too skinny. You need to gain weight because you are at an unhealthy weight right now. You are at a good age to start weight training. So start doing so at the YMCA. For more info on how you can do this you can read up at:

  4. You probably have a naturally quick metabolism as well. Don't take notice of people caling you anorexic but as the details you have told me and you do excerise your healthy just make sure to eat the nutrients you need too!

  7. You need at leastt 3000 calories a day with all that activity, and plus you'reprobablyy still growing. Carbs are NOT bad for you, they give you energy so load up! And, you're not anorexic.. people toss that word around too much.

    You have to eat right, and don't over exercise. Now, if you're anorexic then you don't eat, correct? Well, you didn't mention anything about that, but you have to eat. And don't be self conscious. Around that time, you start to grow and change.

  12. you are skinny, you need more food since u r playing soccer, eat 6 times a day small meals, tons of pasta ! it helps to lift weights makes u muscle grow u'll look bigger but ask in the gym cause u r very young
