5'10", age 15, 120 lbs.

Here is my work out: 10 push ups, 25 rainbows with the dumbells lying down, 10 push ups, leaning on my toes and fore arms and holding abs in for 30 secs (dont know name of this, or most others) 10 push ups, 30 crunches, 10 push ups, 50 bicep reps with the dumbells (lifting them up from waist to the chest, i guess), 10 push ups, 100 calf raises with out any weights, Stretch ....

Is this too much? too little? any thing else to help? what should i eat?

  1. its too little if you want to gain muscle

i do way more then that while I'm in dance

you need to go all out

    you will see results

  2. Your doing too much. You don't need to do 50 reps. Even though you think it's too light it's not. With 10 pounds you should go for 20 reps. I have pretty muscular arms but I usually lift 40 pounds about 6 times each arm.

  3. If you are planning to get ripped then a workout like that is only going to get you tone.

    Low weight+high reps=a tone body

    High weight+low reps=a muscular body

It really depends on what you are trying to acheive. You need to move up on the weights if you want to get muscular.
