Skinny Jeans Question?

I am kind a size 14, I think, about that, and 5' 6". The other day I found this really cute pair of skinny jeans online. Do you think that I am to big to wear them, or will it look fine. I am made fun of because I'm not perfectly skinny sometimes, and I don't want to buy them and wear them once. Thanks ♥

I'm a size 15-16 and with the right pair, I've pulled off a skinny jean before. The main thing though, is that you don't get them too incredibly tight. A nice straight leg jean would give the effect of a skinny jean without the cling. Getting them in a dark wash in a good idea as well. Just more coverage. :D

I think you'll look fine.

to be honest i think you are too big for them my friend is like a size 9 and she wore them and they did not look good and they were tight

Some bigger people can wear them if they have long legs. And since you're not super tall, you might not be able to pull them off. But if you have long legs, then they make actually add a slimming effect to your body.

I haven't read this anywear, its just from what I see and my personal experience that I've made this observation.

At least go to the store and try some on before you purchase some online, and see if you like them. If you like them, then thats all that matters. But before you end up hating them, go try some on.

Snap, i'm the same size as you, obviously people make fun if you are bigger than them but if you weren't they would just find something else to make fun of. I wear skinny jeans, i've never had any negative comment I even have bright, and i mean really bright pink ones and i've only ever had positive comments like 'wow i wish i was confident enough to wear clothes like you' so its nothing to do with your size its how confident you are, if you like those jeans you get them! The only problem with skinnies is sometimes the thigh bit of the jean shows your lumps and bumps a bit although if toy feel self conscious about this you could simple wear a slightly longer top with them to cover up that part =) I hope you are confident enough to do what you want don't let people who are too bored with their own lives so they have to bug you get you down.
