Skipping a meal bad?

I've recently started dieting and throughout everything i've read about it, everyone says "dont skip meals!".

Now, i had breakfast and i had lunch, but since now (7:00pm) and lunch i've had lots of liquids and they have seemed to fill me and i dont particularly feel like eating anything for dinner. Is this ok if its just every now and then? or should i just eat something small?

  1. you should eat a fruit or some nuts...and don't let those liquids mislead you because some have more calories and fats than food... limit it to teas, skim milk, yogurt, lemonade, and similar...
