Skirt with Jacket!! (Pics Included)?

Question

Hi I am trying to put together an outfit for a big event I have coming up and I found two things but I'm not sure if they go good together or not, can you please let me know if they work well together of I should choose a different top!!

I would choose a plain black or white top because the two pieces together are a little too much.

Dont ever wear a top and bottom that match. I would go with the skirt with a black slimline jacket and green T.

eww, yeah, tacky. how old r u? no offence. i used to dress in full blue like this is full black and white but i now know it's so NOT nice.

I think you have excellent taste! This outfit probably needs a different colored shirt, I would do light pink, or some kind of (except neon of course) green. If you don't like this idea, just go with black.

I agree with the other answers.  The skirt and jacket together are too much of that pattern.  Personally, I like the jacket better than the skirt.  I'd wear the jacket with a plain black pencil (or maybe a-line depending on your body type) skirt, white cami and pointy heels.

The skirt is really cute but try pairing it with a white shirt and a lack jacket or vice versa. Then you might want to add an accent color and make that color into the outfit to make the black and white pop more.

No No NO! All wrong you can't put the two of those together wear one or the other but not both.  Personally the skirt looks cheap and so does the jacket.  You should wear a solid black Pencil skirt with a beautiful blouse.

It's too strong if you put them together. I agree with others, keep the skirt & wear a plain top.
