Skull Lair and Rivalry of Warlords (Yugioh Questions)?

Question

What type of trap card is skull lair?

Can I activate its effect during my opponent's turn?

If so, can you provide me with a reason or a site to look on to?

Why can't Jinzo be summoned while Rivalry of Warlords is on the field?

well i am about 98% sure that Skull Lair is able to be used during your opponents turn (have in my deck use it quite frequently)

and then the reason for jinzo not being able to be summoned while Rivalry of Warlords is on the field is because he is effected by trap cards but he just negates them once he is summoned (TWO THINGS THAT CAN ALLOW YOU TO SUMMON HIM IS IF YOU HAVE A MACHINE DECK OR IF YOU HAVE 1 MONSTER ON YOUR SIDE OF THE FIELD AND TRIBUTE IT TO SUMMON HIM)

skull lair's a continues trap and you can onlu use it on your turn as for jinzo he can be somened to negate rively of the warlords cuzz he negates it!! ^_^

id say you could use skull lair on your opponents turn seeing as it is a trap card, but im unsure.

as for jinzo and warlords, because warlords stops you from even summoning jinzo in the first place.

jinzos effect activates while he is on the field, not in your hand, and warlords stops you form even playing it fro your hand.
