Sky+ Multiroom?

When this is installed, the LNB on the minidish is exchanged for a quad LNB. 2 connectors are used for the sky+ box in order to record one channel whilst watching another. A third is used for 2 receiver box, does that mean that the 4th connector could be used for another box and if so will sky issue a viewing card for 3rd box?

  1. Sky should supply you with another card if you need it. At the end of the day you are the subscriber and they will take all the custom they can get. I install it privately with a company i work with and we once put it in a house with 5 cards. (2dishes)

P.S. All boxes ave to be connected to same phone line that is the only downside.

    Hope this helps.

  2. Your Sky TV digital line can support transmissions to up to four standard Sky set top boxes or two Sky+ or Sky HD.

You get the same subscription channels on different screens.
