Sky Plus question: time display?

How do I change the time display on my Sky Plus to VCR notation, i.e. 14:30 as opposed to 2:30pm ?

I know it's got to be in the menus somewhere ..... please talk me through the keystrokes (starting from watching a programme on satellite TV as it's being broadcast).

Preferably without losing anything off the HDD, although as the machine is nearly a year old I'm thinking of upgrading to a bigger drive anyway -- so if changing the clock mode means I lose the HDD contents, I'll just do it when I put in the new drive.

I couldn't find this anywhere in the menus, maybe it's not possible!
