Sky Question, any help appreciated!?

we have sky downstairs (this room im in now) and its really irritating because quite a bit is cut off on the left hand side, but all fine on the right hand side, ive gone into picture settings and nothing seemed to work, ive checked the scart lead etc.. id rather not phone sky, it takes too long to get through and its annoying, please can you help?! You had better call someone to get out there to fix it cause i have no idea what could cause that...

Maybe check to see if all the cables are pushed in right & such....
