Sky Reception?

For the past 3mnths I have been having trouble with reception on Sky Telivision I finaly got a new free box of them. But I am still having trouble It is always about 7 at night.I looseSci Fi chanell5 bbc2 ect about 6 programs.I would be gratefull for any suggestions.

I've got the same trouble. it was worse until I have the LNB replaces (or whatever its called now). if you system is still under warranty then get them out to fix it. if not get some satellite insurance and then get them out to fix it.

Hi, this sounds like its the LNB if the box has been changed although you may find this interesting......

About 5 years ago my system kept playing up, the same time of day as my flat mate arrived home from work. We both installed sky at the time and couldnt work it out until 1 day i told him to turn his car alarm off. Belive it or not this was the cause of the problem. I only came across this 3 times in 5 years of installing so it is rare, but possible.
