Sky TV and Broadband query?

I want to have sky TV but dont want a BT landline - is this possible. Also I want Broadband without a BT landline - again is this possible? - If so please tell me how

  1. no you do need the bt land line no mater who your provider is


  2. The BT line will be an UNBundled BT line. So its not really a pure BT Line. If you choose SKY Broadband

    You will have to have a BT line for SKY to be able to take it over (unbundle).

    SKY Broadband is ADSL, so you will need a BT line to start with. No choice.

    You can have sky tv without a telephone line or a bt line, but sky will kick up a fuss if you don't have any telephone line.

    You can have Broadband without a BT line if you go for CABLE. see Virgin Media (not available in all areas)
