Question:

Sky + box help?

I got a sky + box about 3 or 4 months ago but for the past few days its been freezing as if its pausing itself, why is it doin it and can anyone tell me how to stop it?

  1. Contact sky it maybe a problem with the harddrive, if that is the case they will replace the box.


  2. Have you tried unplugging the Sky+ form the mains for 1 or 2 minutes then plug it back in. If you still experience the same problems call Sky as you are a new customer. They will help and guide you through any other steps required.

    You may have to do a  Planner Rebuild, Enter service menu Services, 4, 0, 1, Select. Then  Select 'Sky+ Planner Rebuild'

    But call Sky first before attempting.
