Sky+ control?

i cant find the manual for my sky+ so does anyone know how i can get my volume button working again, for some reason it was working last week but now it stopped working.

either theres a fault with the remote or you have removed the batteries and not replaced them within 10 minutes so it has erased your volume setting that set for your tv.

What you can do is either ring sky and they will advise you on how to re programme the remote so the volume works on your tv with the sky remote control, or you need to go to interactive services and look for "how to programme your remote control.

I would ring sky as the other option will mean locating your exact model of the tv and its not always on the list on the interactive services.
