Question:

Sky dish problems?

We have loads of trees around our house - but can't have them cut down. It's interfering with our sky dish, and basically I can't get anything now. Thinking of switching to virgin media - but do you think I should just get the dish repositioned? I'm worried that we would get the same problems if we did this though! And generally - which do you think is better - virgin media or sky - for TV and value for money? I'm a sky sports person - so that's another problem if I switched to virgin media?

  1. Virgin media has several bundles.

You would need to work out, how often do you watch sky sports? Daily or just when they are showing a big match.

Virgin Media dont have a 12 month contract on sky sports, you can phone them up and have it added just for a month. So if you know a big match is appraoching you can get sky sports just to watch that match.

Virgin media do several bifferent bundles as well.

If you are having problems recieving your sky, try giving sky a ring and see what they say.

I would have thought the engineer who put the sky dish up would have made sure the dish was high enough to ensure it doesn't experience any problems.

If you really are serious about maybe changing to virgin media, take a look at their site or phone them and have a chat with them. Tell them exactly what you want and see what price they offer you.
